Hot fudge

I love love love hot fudge. It is my grandparents recipe and it is to die for, and it is super easy to make. Put it in a jar and it makes a perfect christmas gift.

Hot fudge

Indigents:

5 squares bittersweet chocolate

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

1 can evaporated milk

3 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 tea vanilla

1/2 tea salt

Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan until melted.Then remove from heat.Mix in 1/2 cup sugar then 1/2 cup evaporated milk, then sugar then milk ect… until there is nothing left. Add salt and vanilla and salt. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
