Whipped cream is simply heavy whipping cream whipped together with a little sugar and vanilla added. And it is good on top of almost every dessert.
Done (well it depends on how thick you want, it in this case i wanted it extra thick)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tab powdered suger
1 tea vanilla
Ahead of time put your bowl and beaters in the freezer, (doing this makes it whip better) leave your bowl and beaters in the bowl for as long as possible. Put the cream and sugar in the bowl, then whisk on high for 1-3 min until soft peaks. Then add the and vanilla. And go ahead and eat it with a spoon. Just kidding 🙂
