Grandma’s bread

This is my great Grandma’s recipe and it’s been in our family for over 77 years and i love making it.

Granma's bread

I also made pull apart rolls

This is her actual writing.

10 cups flour

1 1/4 cups sugar

3 cups warm water

2 Tab yeast

3 eggs

3 Tab oil ( any kind you want )

2 tea salt

Mix the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Mix water and yeast in a medium bowl and let it sit for 1 min until there are bubbles. Add the eggs and oil to the water mixture, and mix. Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour in the water mixture. Using your hands scrape a little bit of the flour off the sides of the bowl and swirl it around with your hand, keep doing this until its a big ball and the flour is still not all the way mixed in. Than dump the dough out the dough and start to need it until it forms a ball. Then make a hole in the dough and add the salt and need really well. Take another big bowl and spray it with oil and put in ball of dough, and cover with a dish towel  and let sit in some place warm for 30 min. After 30 min take off the towel  and punch down the dough and let it sit for 30 more min. After 30 min   punch down the dough again and form it into whatever shaped loaves you want. Than stick in the oven on a baking sheet at 350F for 30-35 min or done in the middle and golden brown on top. When its done take out of the oven let cool and eat.
