Brigadeiros

Brigadiers are a vey popular Brazilian dessert. They are basically like a cross between a truffle and a bonbon and a carmel and they are so delicious. I could easily polish off 10 of them.

Ingredients:

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

3 Tab coco powder

1/2 Tab butter

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest until cool enough to handle. Form into small balls and roll in anything. I like chopped pistachios and slivered almonds.  Eat right away or chill until serving.

What delicious things would you roll these little balls in?
